You’d be surprised at the work behind this pie. Hard manual work! Everything is done by hand, the maintenance and planting of our berries, the harvest, the trimming/cleaning, the preparation of the pie dough and the confection… A lot of work for locally delicious products!
Ingredients:
Sugar, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, wheat flour, lard, corn starch, egg, vinegar, salt.
*Frozen product
Method of cooking your frozen pie:
– Preheat the oven to 350 F
– Put the frozen pie in the oven
– Bake for about 45 min for 8” pies and 1:15 for 9” pies
– The pie should brown automatically since we have already brushed it for you.
