  • This pink-orange squash belonging to the same family as the Hubbard squash has the distinction of being suitable for an individual portion.
  • Initially, this variety, resulting from a cross between the squash Banquet and Tapley’s Bush, was developed in order to replace the sweet potato in areas where the growing season is shorter.

Use:

  • Delicious grated salad
  • Perfect as an accompaniment, puree, gratin, soup 
  • Very good for making jam
